A customer purchased software from my company and financed it through DirectCapital Corporation (DC) whose corporate office is in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. DC required we change the invoice to show them as the customer. They also said that if we wanted to be paid via a check, they would charge us $35 but that direct bank transfer would be no charge. We sent the software to the actual customer, they notified DC that it was fulfilled but we did not receive payment. We contacted DC and they told us that the customer had also financed some carpeting and furniture from other vendors and we would not be paid until everything they had financed was completed.

We contacted the actual customer a week ago and was told that everything was approved and that DC would issue the payment. Now, a week later, we have still not received payment.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
