I have had a lease with direct capitol that they tried to charge me a one-time orgin fee. a late charge for a check they cashed about 10 days before the payment was due.

a prop damage surcharge fee. Then when you get to the end of the lease a $360 termination fee. The only thing that should be terminated is them. Is there enought for a class action suit?

Then when I tried to get a pay off they tried to convinve me that the lease was for 61 months fortunatly at the begining of all this I had them send me a letter saying that I could use my security deposit for payment 60 of 60. that was faxed to me on their letter head from their fax and signed by their salesman.

We were approved a high line of credit to lease apple's products, Our credit is excellent to get the high credit line, however, Direct Capital will not honor the 24 months interest free because" company has no debts", ha ha how funny our company had a line of credit 100k plus, we spend it, we paid it off. So, they sent us a multiple pages of lease contract, with a monthly payment tripple the original amount.

When we called to inquire why, & how much is interest rate, no reply.!!!

We agreed with you guys, this company is out to scheme people money. Don't let them get away, do file a lawsuit againts them...

Just don't do business with them.

They charged me a $300.00 for a credit report. They are bad people.

I did get a hold of Paul Ringuette. He was the only one that really listen to me.

He asked me what are the issues. I gave him the list. He said stay by the phone at 2:00 and I will have your answers. Well I'll be damned if he didn't call at 2 o'clock.

He agreed with me on most of the issues and his solution was more then fair.

I beleive that possibly the people I talked to before Paul just took what their computer was telling them as fact whereas Paul actually manually pulled up the info and found the problems. I don't want to bog Paul down with all the complaints But he is the man.

I am in the printing business so I no that companies can make mistakes and They should have made it a bit easier to fix this but Paul fixed it to my saticfaction so I know I have someone at Direct Capital that will help if there is a problem. If anyone reading this thinks I work for Direct Capital just leave me a message and I will gladly give you my Phone # to my business on Cape Cod

Just to give everyone an update. I called Paul Ringuette as he requested.

Left 3 messages for him. He finally emailed me to say he was going to have one of the people I have already talked to call me today. They never called and I'm still in my office it's 6:30 PM. That's ok Paul I will stay by the phone.

Geez these people don't miss a beat when it comes to *** their customers off.

I will need to talk with everyone here about a fee that I think everyone was over charged on.

I think this is what we are going to try to base the suit on. Unfortunatly I won't be able to help everyone that got screwed in the application fee ripoff. I suggest the bbb and attourney generals office and small claims court if needed. Do not let this company get away with anything.

There are other ways to fight this company but I can't mention them online.

I will keep everyone posted on this and other sights how we will handle the next step. LET"S HIT THEM WHERE IT HURTS!

Ya paul tried calling you directly all day got voice mail. So I guess you don't check your messages.
